Mengazzoli Organic Balsamic Vinegar 250 ml

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena made from organically grown grapes. Incredibly versatile, balsamic vinegar is produced by cooking ripe, matured grapes into a must and then fermented in barrels. This vinegar from Mengazzoli is of I.G.P status ("Indicazione Geografica Protetta" - Protected Geographical Indication). Cork pourer included. 
It has a good body with a strong, concentrated flavour. Use sparingly in salad dressings or recipes.
