This construction ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the product, from the base to the edges. 18/10 stainless steel is a healthy, durable and resistant material that preserves the natural flavor of food. Free of PFAS, PTFE and chemical non-stick coatings, it allows for authentic cooking and withstands high temperatures—ideal for searing meats, browning food and achieving excellent results.
