Spagetti Cutter Rolling Pin

This spaghetti rolling pin is designed to cut thin ribbons of spaghetti from sheets of fresh pasta. The traditional-style Italian spaghetti rolling pin for artisanal pasta making is made in Italy and crafted from hornbeam wood. 
Hornbeam is a particularly strong and hard wood, which means the ridges cut more cleanly than other woods and will slice through pasta dough easily and precisely. The pin cuts ribbons which are approximately 3.5mm wide.
