Tagliatelle Cutter Rolling Pin

This tagliatelle rolling pin is designed to cut strips of tagliatelle from sheets of fresh pasta. The traditional-style Italian tagliatelle rolling pin for artisanal pasta making is made in Italy and crafted from hornbeam wood. 
 
Hornbeam is a particularly strong and hard wood, which means the ridges cut more cleanly than other woods and will slice through pasta dough easily and precisely. The pin cuts 28mm pieces of pasta in one go.
