The Triply saucepans are designed with a 3-layer structure: an inner layer of 304 stainless steel, also called 18/10 stainless steel, 0.4 mm thick, a 1.2 mm aluminum middle layer and a 0.6 mm outer layer of 430 stainless steel. This design ensures uniform heat distribution across the entire product. 18/10 stainless steel is a healthy, durable and resistant material that preserves the natural flavor of food. PFAS-free, PTFE-free and without chemical non-stick coating, it allows authentic cooking and withstands high temperatures. Compatible with all stovetops including induction, the Triply saucepans are also oven-, refrigerator- and dishwasher-safe. Their riveted stainless steel handles provide a secure attachment, a comfortable grip and reduce heat conduction.
