Round ring designed primarily for making tarts and quiches. The top and bottom edges are rolled for easy handling. Even 1mm holes: help to remove air bubbles during baking and to better distribute the heat for a crispy crust.
High-end spring stainless steel ring. Easy mould release.
Use: place the ring directly on the cooking support, line it and make the tart. When it has finished baking, turn it out by carefully pulling the ring by the top. Smooth interior surface of rings for flawless pastries.
- Material: stainless steel 0.4 mm
- Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C)
- Do not use metal or sharp objects in the mould.
