This wonderful Bartolini black truffle oil is made using only the finest cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from Umbria and then adding natural black truffles and aged in wooden barrels at room temperature to slowly coax out the complex, earthy flavours of the Truffles. The result is a natural flavour of black truffles perfect for finishing everything from steaks to mushroom dishes, or to add an earthy note to tomato sauces, fish, pork or vegetables.  Marries well with pulses.
