Shipping Policy

If your order includes any items with longer dispatch times, we will send your order once all the items are available.

England: Minimum £6 charge. Any orders received by 2 pm on any working day for delivery within 2-4 working days.

Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland: Minimum £9 charge. Any order by 2 pm on any working day for delivery within 2-4 working days.

Adult Signature Required (For knives). Photo ID will be requested at the point of delivery if you are lucky enough to look under 25 years of age.

We only ship within the UK

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return any items you have purchased in their original and unused condition within 35 days for a full refund. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method that was used to place the order within 15 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please pack the items carefully and enclose a note with your name and order details also stating the reason for the return.

If you are returning items by post, we recommend using a tracked economy service.

If you receive any items that are faulty, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us at neutrakitchen@gmail.com. Any items sent back will be checked, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

In the unlikely event, you receive a faulty electrical item, we will return the item to the manufacturer who will either repair or replace it.

Please ensure returned items are in the original packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use. Also, if you wish to exchange an item, please include full details in the parcel and a member of our customer service team will be in touch to organise this for you. No refund will be issued on gifts, instead, we will issue you a gift card.
