Black Cleaver

A classic kitchen hatchet takes on the responsibilities of cutting poultry, rabbit, large fish, and meat carcasses. Suitable for convenient cutting of loose bones, cartilage, cutting off fish heads, large pieces of meat and fish. This blade is designed for shock work and high loads, and has a relatively large angle of convergence of the cutting edge, which provides it with additional strength and razor sharpness - the ability to cut dense products with one blow.
