Thin, light and crisp gluten-free toast (baked twice like biscotti) and uniquely studded with fruits, nuts and seeds.

    Pasteurised Egg White (Egg white, Acidity regulator: Lactic acid, Thickening agent: Xanthan gum, stabiliser: aluminium sulfate), Buttermilk, Glace cherries (23%) (Cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, concentrates: carrot, radish, blackcurrant; acidity regulator: citric acid), Tapioca starch, Potato starch, Gluten free Oat flour, Honey, Maize starch, Dried apple pieces, Extra virgin olive oil, Raising Agents (Disodium diphosphate, Sodium hydrogen carbonate). Sea salt, Natural flavouring. Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.
