Bohler N690 is high-quality stainless steel. Great steel with excellent edge holding capabilities. Chromium and vanadium's addition enhances edge holding capability, while cobalt and carbon help retain high hardness.
 
Please, take into account that each knife can vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the product. Each knife is unique and no two are exactly the same.

  • Care

    Hand wash only and wipe dry thoroughly. Occasionally wipe with a light coat of oil and store in a dry area to keep them free from rust. Not suitable for cutting wood, glass, marble or other rigid materials as this will damage the blade edge.
