Izumi Ichago- Paring Knife,Japanese Steel

IZUMI ICHIAGO Paring knife made of Japanese high-carbon stainless steel. The handle is made of water-resistant and heat-resistant Tecaran®. The oval shape of the handle allows you to work smoothly - it fits perfectly in your hand. This knife is from the master series and has the name "Izumi Ichiago" printed in Japanese characters on the end cap. The knife can basically be cleaned in the dishwasher - however, we recommend cleaning the knife by hand - this keeps it sharp longer and therefore requires less frequent resharpening.
