Eddingtons Liner for Oval Banneton

This set of two Banneton Liners will keep your banneton (bread-proofing basket) free from flour build-up. They also will ensure a smooth surface to the dough when you flip out your dough. This is good if you prefer to avoid having a pronounced ringed pattern formed by the proofing basket, or if you would like to score detailed designs on your loaf. Elasticated edges ensure the cloth stays secure on the basket. Make sure to flour generously before use.
