The freshly crushed floral Picudo, sweet Hojiblanca and robust Picual olives from the Prado family's organic estates are cold-pressed.
The result is an organic oil with tropical flavours of passion fruit and papaya.
This extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the first cold press of olives, and is one of the highest grades of olive oil.
The olives are grown on the Núñez de Prado family’s 200-year-old estate in Baena, Andalucia, which has been DOP certified for nearly 20 years. Once handpicked, the olives are pressed within hours at a mill just eight miles east of the olive groves.
