Opinel Bread Knife

This light, razor sharp bread knife glides through any kind of bread with ease. It produces straight, clean slices at any thickness you desire, and won’t squash your loaf. Its curved shape makes for comfortable cutting action and allows you to get leverage on the tough crust at the bottom of sourdough and other crusty loaves. The stainless steel blade, which is 21cm tall and 2mm thick, is extremely resilient to rust. It is fitted with a comfortable beech wood handle, which has been covered in a protective varnish to make it moisture-resistant.
